Here are some photos from my latest shoot with the Maralit Family! It turned out to be a surprise shoot for Leslie as she had no idea about it - part of Marlan's surprise for Mother's Day weekend. We had an awesome time hanging out in Eastern Market in Capitol Hill, checking out the market.  Here are some photos to see how it went down.

When my friend Therese (AKA Wit Wit) asked me to take photos of her family, I couldn't resist. They're leaving the DC area soon and I wanted to photograph them in their current home town of Alexandria. I had a great time photographing her, Jude, Max and baby Blaise in Old Town.

Here are some photos from a shoot I did a few weeks ago with Allison and Mark in Old Town Alexandria, VA. They brought a special guest, their golden doodle "Gus", who hammed it up to the camera. I had a great time getting to know this couple before their wedding. The photos below were made a few blocks from the Carlyle House, which happens to be the site for their wedding. Enjoy!
