Nikon D90 vs iPhone

Here's a picture of the same latte I took with my iPhone in my previous post.  I made the photo below with my Nikon D90 using a 35mm prime lens.  Since I had the aperture at 1.8 it created a shallow depth of field. Which photo do you like better?

Think I like the iPhone better only because the D90 shot has half of the coffee in focus. The lighting is better though. Maybe a higher aperture to get the cup in focus?

I kinda agree with Sal, I think the amount of detail in the D90 photo surpasses the iphone however the composition of the iphone shot is murder!!! :) Keep doing you Munoz!!!!

You guys are right. I actually had one with the coffee in focus but my framing was off (in my mind). So many elements to consider. The iPhone ain't bad for a second shooter. Thanks for posting fellas!
